So disappointed. Dr. Williams performed a lapiplasty for my bunion October 2022. I had numbness after the surgery and told to give it time. 6 months later, still had a lot of numbness and was told by Dr. Williams this was not normal and he was not sure why. Not a comforting answer. I also had a lot of nerve pain, which was dismissed by Dr. Williams. He told me it could not have been related to the surgery and he was not sure what it was. Well considering I did not have the severe neuroma prior to surgery, was never an issue, I do believe that it actually is related to the surgery. Dr, Williams was dismissive every follow up visit. 16 months post surgery and the top, side and big toe are still numb. I have a severe neuroma that requires surgery to correct. Do not go to Dr. Williams for lapiplasty!

What rockstars. The team is a well oiled machine. The doctor is very smart, thorough, and patient in explaining what exactly is going on. They’re a small shop, but have all the right equipment and we got through x rays and an ultrasound and exam in under an hour. Awesome team.

My experience was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and professional. I waited only a few minutes to be seen. The nurse and doctor were likewise friendly and professional. Both accurately described exactly what would happen. Dr. Williams gave me a choice of treatments, and also told me what he would do in my situation (which I found very helpful).

Dr Willians has a nice office in Lincoln Park and a really nice staff..Today I received my
Orthotics I was very pleased and they fit like a glove....Since I met Dr Williams I have often been impressed with his knowledge and skill concerning foot care...I highly recommend Dr Williams to anyone in search of a good podiatrist...

Dr Williams was finally able to diagnose my ankle problem in the first visit after 2 other podiatrists were unable to. Unfortunately he wasn't able to help with my specific situation but he was able to put me in the right direction. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, office was clean. Would definitely recommend
